Conductive double-sided tape is coated with high-performance acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with conductive nickel powder. It is mainly used for the bonding of conductive cloth and conductive foam, flexible circuit board, printed circuit board, EMI/RFI shield and pad. The connection of the pieces is bonded to the ground. Has good mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and environmental stability.
Features:
Suitable for conductive cloth, conductive foam, copper foil, aluminum foil and other materials. With low surface resistance materials, EMI shielding, electrostatic discharge and guidance can be achieved. Low impedance value less than 0.01Ω, with good continuity.
1. Microelectronics assembly, mobile communication, shielding material for preventing EMI interference; EMI electromagnetic screen is bonded to the housing; electronic components need to be both conductive and prevent electromagnetic interference
2.Bonding of circuit board metal case to liquid crystal panel and printed circuit board
3. Conductive fabric, copper/aluminium foil metal conductive circuit, EMI/RFI electromagnetic interference prevention, RF material backing adhesive
